DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme. Started on 13 August 2024, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) implemented the “Sasta Ghar” initiative to supply apartments affordable for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low-Income Groups (LIG) in Delhi.
With price starting from ₹11.5 lakh, this initiative addresses housing needs in key Delhi localities.

Flats: The scheme offers a total of 34,177 flats.
Price Range: Flats are priced starting from ₹11.5 lakh.
Locations: The flats are located in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, and Narela.
Eligibility: The scheme is open to Low-Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) individuals.
Registration: Registration for the scheme began on August 22, 2024, at 11 AM.
Booking: Flat booking commenced on September 10, 2024, at 11 AM.
Deadline: The scheme closes on March 31, 2025.
Phase 2: Phase 2 of the scheme, offering 2,500 flats, opened for booking on November 14.

Phase II (Nov 2024)
Additionally, 2,600–2,900 ready-to-move flats in Rohini, Dwarka (Manglapuri), Narela, Siraspur and Loknayakpuram
Booking opened 14 Nov 2024, with over 600 flats booked within hours
Price range: ₹11.5 lakh upward; details vary by location/category.

Indian citizens, aged 18+ by submission deadline
EWS income cap: ≤ ₹10 lakh per annum; LIG has no set cap.
No restriction on currently owning property in Delhi.
Joint applications allowed (spouse/family). Disabled applicants (PwD) may opt for EMI payment
Priority quotas include in DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme
Construction workers, laborers, Jhuggi dwellers, auto/taxi drivers, street vendors, women, SC/ST, ex-servicemen, war widows, Divyangjans—with a 25% discount on select flats
Special outreach camps help beneficiaries register

Starting price: ₹11.5 lakh; upper caps vary by scheme/location (up to ₹28 lakh+)
Flats offered on cash down basis; EMI option at 10% p.a. simple interest for PwD applicants

Eligible discount slabs:
25% off for designated groups on EWS flats in Narela (~700 units)
Similar discounts for LIG in Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, Narela.

- Visit DDA’s portal: eservices.dda.gov.in (or dda.gov.in)
- Register using PAN and other personal details.
- Pay ₹2,500 and complete the application.
- Book when registrations open for each phase.
- Jointly apply if eligible (spouse/family).
- Ensure all documents (income, ID, address) are uploaded.
