Important Documents You’ll Need:

1. Attested Affidavit (Annexure B):

2. Attested Undertaking (Annexure C):
   1. Aapko declare karna hoga ki allotted flat mein koi illegal alteration ya construction nahi karenge.

3. Self-Attested Identity & Address Proofs:
   1. Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID – kisi bhi valid proof ka copy
4. Self-Attested Copy of PAN Card
   1. PAN card sabhi applicants ke liye mandatory hai.
5. Loan Sanction Letter (if applicable):
   1. Agar aapne bank loan approve karwa liya hai, toh uska attested copy bank manager se verified hona chahiye.
6. TDS Certificate (if applicable):
   1. Agar TDS deduct hua hai toh uska certificate bhi attach karna hoga.
7. Income Certificate (Only for EWS Applicants):
   1. EWS category ke applicants ke liye income proof dena zaroori hai.
8. Disability Certificate (If Applicable):
   1. Agar aap Persons with Disability (PwD) category se belong karte hain, toh Government hospital ya medical board se issued certificate required hai.
